Using state of the art technology, we can easily determine your basic metabolic rate as well as fat and muscle body composition with extreme accuracy, right in the office. This can then be used to implement a metabolically based weight loss plan, as well as follow the benefits of physical exercise and weight training on your fat:muscle ratio.
Using blood, saliva or other samples, we establish your unique bio-chemical profile, reflecting your hormone status, body chemistry and organ function.
